PRE-PROGRAM CHECKLIST
The following pre-program checklist will assist us ensuring that we deliver the best program possible for your group.
PRE-EVENT
Organization MaterialsPlease send us any information that would give Dr. Conrad a better insight into your organization, its successes, and its challenges. Such information could include pictures and bios of the leadership team, company brochures, magazine articles, and/or recent press releases. |

HotelDr. Conrad prefers a non-smoking room with king-size bed. The reservation should be made by the client and billed directly to the client’s organization. AirfareDr. Conrad will be responsible for securing a non-refundable, non-stop (when possible) coach or discounted first-class fare, round-trip from Jacksonville, Florida. Travel expenses will be included for reimbursement in the final invoice. |

Ground TransportationPlease arrange ground transportation (to and from the airport) and let our office know who will be meeting Dr. Conrad, or if you need him to take a taxi or hotel shuttle. |
EVENT
Audio/Visual AidsDr. Conrad uses limited visual aids. Please provide an LCD player and screen, and ensure the system is equipped for sound. Dr. Conrad does not speak from a lectern. If it is necessary for a lectern to be on the stage for other parts of the program, please have it set to the side of the stage during his presentation. |

MicrophoneDr. Conrad prefers to use a wireless lapel or headset microphone. If no wireless units are available, please ensure that the cord is 100 feet so that he can mingle with your audience. |

StageFor groups of 150 or more, please provide a raised platform (12 to 18 inches) for Dr. Conrad. He generally walks into the audience, so it is preferable for the steps to be in front of the stage, if possible.If the head table is on the stage, please have it set far enough back so Dr. Conrad can present in front of the table. Also, please reserve seats in the audience for the people at the head table so they can enjoy the presentation. |

HandoutsWe will provide you with a master copy of Dr. Conrad’s handout. Please have a copy available for each audience member as they enter. |

He has held senior human resources positions with several notable Fortune 500 companies, including Pillsbury (General Mills), Union Carbide (Dow), Citigroup and CSX.He regularly shares his passion and unique perspective with audiences all over the world. Payment of FeePer the agreement, please remember that the balance of the fee is due at time of booking. An invoice (with the exception of events booked through a speakers’ bureau), including travel expenses, will be mailed prior to the engagement. |
