PRE-PROGRAM CHECKLIST

The following pre-program checklist will ensure that we deliver the best program for your group.

PRE-EVENT

Organization Materials

Please send us any information that will give Dr. Conrad a better insight into your organization, its successes and its challenges. This may include pictures and bios of the leadership team, company brochures, magazine articles, and/or recent press releases.

Hotel

Dr. Conrad prefers a non-smoking room with a king-size bed. The reservation should be made by the client and billed directly to the client’s organization.

Airfare and Ground Transportation

Dr. Conrad will be responsible for securing a non-refundable, non-stop (when possible) coach or discounted first-class fare, round-trip from Jacksonville, Florida. Travel expenses will be included for reimbursement in the final invoice.

Please arrange ground transportation (to and from the airport) and let our office know who will be meeting Dr. Conrad, or if you need him to take a taxi or hotel shuttle.

EVENT

Audio/Visual Aids

Please provide an LCD player and screen, and ensure the system is equipped for sound. Dr. Conrad does not speak from a lectern. If it is necessary for a lectern to be on the stage for other parts of the program, please have it set to the side of the stage during his presentation.

Microphone

Dr. Conrad prefers to use a wireless lapel or headset microphone. If no wireless units are available, please ensure that the cord is 100 feet so that he can actively engage with your audience.

Stage

For groups of 150 or more, please provide a raised platform (12 to 18 inches) for Dr. Conrad. He generally walks into the audience, so it is preferable for the steps to be in front of the stage. If the head table is on the stage, please have it set far enough back so Dr. Conrad can present in front of the table. Also, please reserve seats in the audience for the people at the head table so that they can enjoy the presentation.

Handouts

We will provide a master copy of Dr. Conrad’s handouts, please have a copy available for each audience member as they enter.
